Available to sellers who have already had a consultation and who have completed the prep work and tidying recommended during consultation.
Ideal for sellers who just need to fine tune a few rooms, we will stage up to thee spaces using what the seller already owns.
This home staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working to transform the sellers home into a buyers dream. Should you require additional décor, we will have provided you with a list of suggested items to be purchased prior to our appointment. We will add all the finishing touches, ensuring to highlight the positive features of the home, drawing buyers in and getting you that much closer to SOLD!
Each additional hour for both Step One consultations and Step Two occupied home staging services will be billed at an hourly rate.
OPEN HOUSE Weekend Showcasing or MLS Photo Prep
Prior to the open house weekend or MLS photo session, we will return to refine each space, ensuring that the home is dressed to perfection and ready to captivate its audience, whether in person or online. First impressions are everything and we’ll make sure yours is one buyers wont forget!
VACANT HOME STAGING
Vacant homes are especially in need of staging. Many buyers simply cannot envision the potential use of space in a vacant home. These homes tend to take longer to sell and often fetch lower offers. SSC Interiors will manage the rental process, installation and de-staging. We will ensure that key spaces are showcased while working within a comfortable budget for the seller.
We realize that a lot of preparation goes into moving. Should you not be up to the task of purchasing the items we’ve suggested, we are happy shop on your behalf. We will create a realistic budget, shop and provide receipts for everything we’ve purchased.
